♠JBS cues cannot be customized. We're sorry.
We mass-produce and sell cues using manufacturing methods and direct design products that we developed.

Q | [Products] Can I make a reservation for Cue purchase? |

You can make a purchase reservation only for the cue that is scheduled to be stocked. You can purchase the products we currently have right away, and we will reply quickly even if you contact the store (+82-2-522-4540~1) or ask the Q&A board about the products you want to reserve.
If many people make a reservation to purchase the same product, we will inform you in the order you contacted us, so please make no mistake.

Q | [Products] What is the ♠JBS cue A/S policy? |

During the warranty period, problems identified as abnormalities in the product during normal use by the customer can be repaired free of charge.
Even if the product is within the warranty period, if a problem occurs due to the intention or negligence of the consumer, it will be repaired for a fee.
Please note that if the cue is fixed by a third party or by itself, it will not be covered by warranty.

Shop opening hours: 10:00 ~ 20:00 (weekdays) / 13:00 ~ 14:00 (lunch time) 10:00 ~ 18:00 (Saturday) / 13:00 ~ 14:00 (Lunch) Holidays, Sundays (Closed)
We warmly welcome you to visit our shop. Open weekdays from 10am to 8pm, Closed on public holidays and Sundays. Saturday is from 10am to 6pm, Please note that lunch time is from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Thank you. |

♠JBS shares a parking lot with the restaurant on the 1st floor. Please understand that you can use the parking space more easily if you avoid lunch and dinner time. There is a public parking lot operated by the government in the alley on the left side of our building, so please note that it is cheaper than other private parking lots. Thank you. |

In Korea ○ Parcel Company : LOGEN 1588-9988 (www.ilogen.com) Valuable items purchased by customers are quickly and meticulously packaged and shipped. First of all, we use LOGEN to ship to customers. If it is unavoidable, we will use the post office to send it. After the shipment, we will immediately deliver the tracking number to the customer. The delivered invoice number can be viewed in real time on the Internet from the next day. If you order before 5pm on weekdays (Mon-Fri), it will be delivered within 1~2 days.
To abroad ○ Parcel Company : EMS(UPS) or FedEx Valuable items purchased by customers are quickly and meticulously packaged and shipped. We will give you an estimate of the shipping cost for both EMS and FedEx. If you choose one of the two, we will ship it to you. After the shipment, we will immediately deliver the tracking number to the customer. EMS will take 5~7 days, and FedEx will take 2~5 days. (Customs clearance time is excluded.)
